Defrosting breastmilk room temperature, how long ok for?

First post so please bear with me. I'm travelling on Saturday with my family to France for the week. We leave home at 4am, and I don't expect we will arrive at the resort until 2pm at the earliest.

I give my little one a bottle of expressed breastmilk at bedtime, and I'm basically wondering if I take some breastmilk out of the freezer when we leave at 4am and put it in the fridge as soon as we arrive in the resort will it be ok for my baby to drink? All the advice about thawing milk advises either running under a warm tap or leaving in fridge overnight so I don't know?! Any advice gratefully appreciated. TIA

Could you store it in a cool bag with an ice pack for the journey?
