Help! Vomiting 4 month old

My 4 month old DD hasn't really been a sicky baby, until now.

I've noticed that over the past few days, she is suddenly being sick after some feeds. It doesn't seem to bother her.

Any ideas what could cause this? She's ebf and also teething, I think.

Could be the teething - lots more saliva being produced, much of which will be swallowed and filling up her stomach. Add in the normal amount of milk and she may then be over-full and therefore a bit sick.

I really wouldn't worry if she seems happy, is otherwise well, and still has plenty of wet nappies Smile.
