my little girl is one on sat and we're going to start giving her cows milk tomorrow.is it ok to heat it in the microwave?

Yes, just shake it thoroughly before you feed it to her.

I wouldn't 'heat' it up, just warm it up a bit to take the chill off, e.g. 30 seconds for a 210mg bottle.

Nae bother ! It's great when they drink 'proper milk'. You can just walk into a restaurant and order a glass of milk (bring a clean bottle or beaker or teach them to drink from a straw) and it's all easy peasy.
