confused on how to make aptimal formula

Gosh this sounds stupid!

LO is 10m and I'm going to start giving her formula for her night feed.

so the aptimal box says add powder (7oz for her age) and add correct amount of water by following the chart.

The chart seems a little confusing to me but I think it would be 7oz formula to 210ml water.. is this right?!

I seem to recall that it is one scoop per fluid oz, therefore if it's 7 scoops you add in 7 fluid oz.

Yes as above. 1 scoop per fluid oz (30ml)

Although you do add the water first and then add the powder so you have the correct amount of water. 1 ounce (30ml) for each scoop.
