How much milk needed for one off express feed?

I have an appointment it's not aporopriate to take my ebf baby to this week, he's 5 weeks old- he shouldn't need a feed when I'm gone as will feed before I leave but just want to leave DH with some expressed milk incase I'm delayed- I can only get 70ml out- will that be evough? No idea what a BF is, and Kelly mom all refer to full days as 25oz/day as 24 HR period?

Don't worry, first of all.

Feed him just before you go, literally with your coat on.

Just leave what milk you can - to increase the flow it can be helpful to feed from one breast while pumping from the other, as you benefit from let down on both sides.

If he gets desperate while you are gone, maybe DH can meet you outside wherever you are going.
