breast feeding and weight

is it true that you lose weight when you stop breastfeeding?

Oh - i have also heard that - I hope its true as I've been bf for 5 months and have hardly lost anything! (But that might have something to do with my love of choccie biccies!)

My sil was below her prepregnancy weight before her ds was 4 months. She bfed full time and didn't exercise.

I lost 5 pounds last week and I'm only bfing during the day...

Now back in pre-pregnancy jeans after 6 weeks! At this rate I'll finally reach my goal weight....
