Having to stop bf 1 year old with multiple food allergies. What milk can she have?

This was not the plan :(. But I am ill and we need to stop bf. Problem is that she is only just one, and is allergic to most foods, including soya and dairy. I asked GP and she said just give her the fortified coconut milk that I have been drinking while bf her. That's not enough though, is it? What can she have?

The dietician suggested oatly, calcium enriched. Sounds like the coconut milk will be similar.
Good luck.

Ask for a referral to a dietitian. We were referred when dc was 1 and I was back at work and struggling to express enough for cooking/ cereal etc. We were prescribed dairy/soy free formula. Now child is bigger we use Oatly.
