Help needed - mucus poo, fussy baby - any ideas

My two month old has had mucus in her poo for three weeks now. Ped. sent her for tests but all came back ok. I've cut out dairy, soy and eggs, but no improvement.
She cries a lot and is fussy - have noticed small improvements the last few days but poo still the same.
She mostly feeds well, but sometimes doesnt want to take the boob.
Has colic, has reflux etc.
What else - she has a milk tongue - dr doesnt think its thrush.

Any ideas?

Not sure how much mucus there is but some mucus in ebf poos is normal.

Is there any chance fussiness, crying, boob refusal is down to overtiredness. The only reason I ask is that your post sounds very similar to my dd's behaviour around that time. She was caught up in a cycle of OT and her feeding became very erratic.

Does dc sleep ok at night? Nap well in the day?

Teething or a cold?

Is it caused by over supply as my ds similar and am sure it's because rod over supply. He has always pooed at every nappy and often watery and mucous and sometimes green. I think it is now finally settling down at 13 weeks so if maybe just need to give it time. I have also cut out a number of things with little improvement. If oversupply have you tried block feeding?

Hi, up silly hours with dd!

What's her chart like? Is she putting weight on as expected/following percentile line? What has your health visitor said?

Tongue tie?

How completely have you cut out dairy/soya etc? We found 'traces of' gave us problems, cutting out the obvious milk, cheese yoghurt wasn't enough.

What was her birth weight and what is it now ?
