Baby sick pattern

Hi, I have a gorgeous 6 week old DS. He is ebf and a really good feeder taking 10-20 mins per feed. As with my last 2 I havevplenty of milk so I feed on one side per feed and he feeds every 3-4 hours.

All day he seems to bring up sick, sometimes a little bit comes out but the majority of the time he seems to swallow it back down. Then every 3-5 days he projectile vomits everywhere (probably a good cupful), it is often really curdled. Being sick doesn't seem to bother him, although he is often really unhappy just before he is sick.

I don't think it's reflux / silent reflux as he feeds really well but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or has experienced this?

Thanks!

I've got a sicky baby. DD1 was the Sam. Mine don't swallow it though so none of my clothes are wearable 2 days in a row.

They both feed/fed well and it doesn't bother them so like you I assume they're fine. I too have plenty of milk so put it down to them overeating!

DD1 improved with solids and also rarely vomited up much formula when we started mix feeding. I figure breast milk is thinner so they gorge themselves and it's easier to bring back. DD2 is only 5m but hoping she follows the same pattern, I am so done with baby sick.

Sorry, no ideas, but my 8 weeks old is similar, although projectile vomiting was only 3 times so far. I thought it was due to fast letdown and therefore swallowing a lot of air (and sometimes possibly overfeeding). Doing lots of tummy massage seems to help a bit. Dummy seemed to be helping DS1, but DS2 doesn't take one
