Boots own brand bottles and teats - highly recommended for breastfeeding mums

Hi all,

I thought I'd share my discovery with you. I am a new mum and initially had a lot of trouble getting my daughter off the breast and onto the bottle. I tried many different teats including Avent and nothing seemed to work. My friend then recommended the new Boots own brand range of bottles and teats and Amelie latched on straight away. The teats are specally designed to look and feel like a nipple so the transaction from breast to bottle seems minimal for the baby. These teats have made my life so much easier. Has anyone else tried them and found the same thing?

glad to hear you've had no probs!!!!!!! when I was going from breast to bottle i also used the boots nursing teats, great invention! these nipple shields are shaped like the teats and Amelie didn't have a clue

They sound like the Tommee Tippee closer to nature bottles/teats. Maybe boots have introduced own (cheaper???) version. Hope so...they were a bloody god send!
