Stopped breastfeeding at 14 months - couple of questions

My DD is 14 months and we stopped feeding a week ago as I was away for a night and we had only been doing 1 x evening feed for quite a while anyway. She basically hates cow's milk though and has little to none every day - sometimes she'll have a few sips at lunch or bedtime. She eats lots of yoghurt and cheese plus milk on cereal so I think that probably covers her calcium allowance but should I still be worried or is that ok?

Also, it's scary not having the boob to offer if she wakes teething or with a cold etc at night! Will cuddles really be enough instead? The boob has been so fabulous for so long! Grin

Congrats on feeding for so long!

Mine still won't drink cows milk but has plenty of milk with cereal every morning and cheese and yoghurt.

Sardines and hummus are also good sources of calcium.

Ooh I didn't know about sardines or hummus - she loves both so I'll remember to buy them. Thanks!
