Ok i'm at work, baby is 11 weeks old.

I have forgotten my breastmilk bags!! Got my pump.

Would it be acceptable to use my water bottle as a one off to store the milk?

Help!!

Could you rinse it out with boiling water first?

Yes, of course. Why wouldn't it be? Make sure your water bottle is scrupulously clean - use near to boiling water to rinse it out, and wipe with a clean cloth round the top, and thoroughly clean the top in the same way.

Concerns about plastics might make it a theoretical ill-advised regular practice, but as a one off, no problem :)

Thanks ladies! I have thrown my first lot away (120ml of gold dust down the sink) but will keep the afternoon's bounty
