Help needed with 4 mo - is this reverse cycling, and pumping question too!

DD2 is 20 weeks and I have started doing some work 4 mornings a week and am gone from 8am to 1pm. DD1 was a complete bottle refuser but DD2 can take one fine. But she is being an absolute demon with the childminder, and only taking 2-3 oz mid-morning. She has started waking up every couple of hours at night and appears hungry. Feeds are 7am / 11am (bottle) / 2-3pm / 5pm / 6.30pm / 10.30pm and then last night 2am and 4am... then had no interest in milk until 8.30am Hmm. I guess my question is, does this sound like reverse cycling - I had thought I would escape it as she is missing only one feed with me, and surely she should still be hungry at 7am if this is the case? I'm fully committed to EBF but co-sleeping does not work for me, and I'm rapidly getting exhausted even a week in, so any advice on how to correct this pattern would be very welcome.

Also, the first few days I was back at work, I pumped when I got home at lunchtime, and was getting 10oz Smile. But over the week it has fallen I guess as my supply has adjusted to missing the mid-morning feed. When is the best time to pump to build up a freezer stash? Morning before feeding the baby? I don't want to pump at the time of the missed feed as my work time is so short and I'm already trying to squeeze a lot into the mornings.

Thanks in advance for any advice....
