Baby sick on bottle - any advice?

Hi
My baby is 2 weeks old and breastfeeds well, but she just can't take the bottle (of expressed milk). So far we have tried:
Dr Browns - she sucks and sucks but doesn't get anything out
medela calma - she can't even suck it and gets nothing out
Tommy Tippee Vari flow teat - she takes it down but so fast that she vomits the whole feed up violently afterwards
NUK - she takes it but still vomits some up and even after 3Oz is not settled and needs a breast feed afterwards.

Has anyone else had a similar experience and got any advice? we use want to give her 1 bottle a day...

Thanks

P.s she has a slight tongue tie so not sure if this could be part of it?

What teat hole size your NUK bottles have? As standard, they come with M (medium), which is more suitable for formula, but you can buy S from NUK website, which is more suitable for expressed milk (as it is thinner than formula). My DS2 was bringing up a lot when using M hole teats for expressed milk, as the flow was too fast, but was better with S. He also took well from MAM bottles, but I found yhem quite fiddly to clean and put together.

Also, she may be not settling not because of hunger, but the need to comfort suck. It sounds cliché, but breast is much more than just food for a baby!

It's trapped wind that's bringing the milk back up. Like above you prob need a smaller teat with it being expressed because it's more thinner.

Although I'd of waited till at least 6 weeks to give a bottle I give one before and it caused a lot of confusion and messing up the latch then fussing because the flow isn't as quick as bottle x

Thanks to you both for the advice.
I had no idea that the NUK I bought for "newborn" was a medium teat until I checked and you are right. I ordered the small and also going to try the MAM bottle tonight.
We decided to introduce the bottle early because we know so many who waited and then baby refused it.

I totally understand as well.

I stopped giving my lo a bottle because it brought on colic due to the trapped wind then didn't try again till she was 13 weeks, she is 30 weeks on Saturday and totally refused all bottles/teats from 13 weeks onwards and only recently as off 2 weeks a go taken a sippy cup x
