have been cutting down dd3 (21months old) breastfeeds, and she is now on one a day, but is drinking more cows milk. and has had an eczema flare up. nothing else has changed, just this. her legs are so so sore.

Sorry, can't be of much assistance really as my DD is only 19wks, but just wanted to let you know that there are people out here !!! Or maybe I'm the only one being kept awake by my DH snoring !!!!!

misdee you've had so much to deal with lately - it must make you so sad when something like that happens. Try not to feel guilty - it's AMAZING to be able to keep bf till 21 mnths - you've done your best. LOL xxx

Wow - 21 months...

I don't have anything helpful to say, but I think you've done so well. Please don't blame yourself

just wondering if i shoud switch her to goats milk. she has cheese maybe twice a week, no yoghurts though.

Apparently you have to be a bit careful with goat's milk as it contains far less iron than cow's milk. Best ask for advice from a nutritionist - there's bound to be one on mn!
