Prednisolone & breastfeeding

I have been told by a doctor that if I am to take the 25 grams of prednisolone per day I have been prescribed then I will need to wean my daughter.

Anyone got any experience of this? I'm feeling really upset and don't want to wean, but am scared I would be harming her if I take the prednisolone and don't.
