Can you take it whilst BF?

my dd is 13 months and feeds 3 or 4 times per day depending, sometimes could be just twice.

if you google it you get different opinions. It seems there is no evidence to say it is safe and no evidence to say it is unsafe. Not veryu helpful I know!!
