FF and changing teats

Hello!! DD2 is almost 8 weeks old and is FF. Currently on Tommee Tippee size 1 teats but I'm not really sure when you change them?! I bought variflow for her but don't know if too soon to change?

The reason I ask is because sometimes she is falling asleep after only 2oz and it looks like hard work drinking it!

I BF DD1 until 14 months so no experience of bottles at all, so any advice would be greatly received!

My 7 month old is still on 1s - did try 2s and varicoloured and he did not cope so we stayed with 1s. Just try and see how they get on?

Hi there, watching with interest as I'm wondering the same thing. My DD is 6.5 weeks old. She had 2 x feeds in the night and only took 70 mil and then 80mil. This morning she took 50 mil, then closed her mouth to refuse the rest and has now gone back to sleep. Could she be getting frustrated as the milk isn't reaching her fast enough? DP tried her on a number 2 teat last week and said it seemed too much for her, like she was choking on it. Not sure wether to try her on a no 2 teat again?

Also, we've had some issues with constipation, so not sure if the two things could be linked?
