My 4 week old has had bad wind for the last 2 weeks. She is ebf. And I've been using infacol. I the last few days she has been feeding a lot less . Pulling off the breast in pain and then taking ages to settle at which point she falls asleep. She's fed a lot less the last 2 days but still looks healthy and has lots of wet nappies.
So I'm wondering whether I should express? She is not emptying either breast. So they are quite engorged. Also I wondered if a few days of not feeding for as much will reduce my milk supply?
