4 week old getting frustrated midfeed

My little one is 4 weeks and recently she seems to be getting frustrated mid feed. She usually stays on the first side for about 10 mins then falls asleep and comes off. I then wind her and change her nappy (HV has advised me to try and wake her up to give her longer feeds) when I try to put her on other breast she gets really frustrated kicking her arms and legs and crying. I've just managed to get her to have about 5 mins on second side but the whole feeding session has taken well over an hour. She doesn't seem to have much gas so don't think its wind or colic. Any ideas?

My five week old has been doing this this last week. I've been reading up about 4-6 week developmental leap and growth spurt. I have the wonder weeks app and it's really helpful explaining why they are unsettled at this point. Also

She was two weeks late so that sounds just about right. Thank you so much for the link to the website, just shed a little tear reading it! That's a perfect description of what she's doing! Makes me feel so much better to know I'm not doing something wrong, was very close to giving up and getting the bottle out. I think you've saved my sanity! X

My now 5yo did this and when I checked with the bf clinic they said she may well be getting what she needs in that time and is efficient.
So trying to get her to feed for longer was upsetting her, she continued to gain weight so I just went with her.
