dropping morning feed

My 11.5 month old is losing interest in breakfast and will only suck on one of those Ella pouches. Thinking its time to drop the morning milk feed? How do I do it? Just offer breakfast as soon as he wakes up?

Ok thanks. I think I'll give breakfast as soon as we come down now instead of giving milk first.
