Have DS now aged 6 months, I'm not going back to work, milk supply struggling and DS now clamping jaw shut on nipples causing GBH on breasts. Health visitors have advised feeding with bottle, I can't express, I can be sat there for 2 hours and prouce 1/2 oz milk (not satisfying enough for DS). Pleased as punch with myself as only managed to serve DD for 8 weeks breast feeding, so 6 months is ace. But facing facts, DS will only take 1 oz of formula and that is after we have spent 2 weeks daily trying to get him to take a bottle. I know that formula is heavier than breast and that my son does not like formula, WHAT CAN I DO !!!

try a tommee tippee feeding cup, it is at tesco for a few quid, it is a cup with a suckable bit on it, my HV advised it as my dd hates bottles and is now 5mths so we need to get her thinking about ways to eat other than the mighty boobies!
they are for babies 4mths+
there are some other kinds in Boots for babies 3mths+

I pumped away at left boob this morn for over an hour to get half an ounce. Yesterday I pumped two lots of 4oz, in half the time. I dont get why it changes, as the boob was really full too,
weird?
yours is old enough to wean onto the baby rice etc and you need a bit of breast milk to mix with it, I think?
