Stopping breastfeeding......help

I have decided to stop breast feeding my twins at nine weeks old...practicalities and boy won't do full feed....lazy and wants a bottle to guzzle.
I have been gradually reducing how often I pump ...I was expressing and giving in bottles mainly for last two weeks. I'm now on two pumps a day....When do I cut one of the pumps out and go to none eventually ? I'm currently on day three x

Think the advice is to cut one every two weeks to reduce your risk of mastitis. Having said that, I'm not trained so it may be best to talk it through with a bfc. Have you got the helpline numbers?

I managed to speak with health visitor today,she said to gradually reduce how long I pump for now x
