I stopped breastfeeding just over a week ago as I couldn't keep up with the demand of my 3 month dd. I stopped day feeds but fed at night and now she hasn't had anything from me now for 3 days and my breasts have been fine and have felt quite empty so does anyone know why today my breast have started filling up and they're starting to hurt and what I should do to avoid anything sinister happening?
