how old is she?

Moomin · 18/11/2006 23:19

why do you want to give her juice? does she not like water or milk?

lulumama · 18/11/2006 23:20

not out of a bottle.....

water or milk are the best drinks....or very very dilute juice, but not in a bottle....

had to experiment with cups for DD...anywayup cup seems to tbe the easiest for her to use! and not spill everywhere..

hana · 18/11/2006 23:20

you could
i'm not a big fan of anything but milk in a bottle

shazzaronnie · 18/11/2006 23:20

she loves milk but the new sma makes her poo harder than what it use to so i thought i'd give her juice only cos she likes the taste she is 5 months?

try switching the milk back to wehat it was, or giving her more water.

shazzaronnie · 18/11/2006 23:22

what the difference putting water in a bottle and juice in a bottle?

Don't give her juice!! She doesn't need it, it's just extra sugar.

If you want to offer her an alternative drink then give her water (or milk if she's over 1yr).

Giving juice in a bottle is not recommended because it "sits" against the teeth thereby causing decay.

lulumama · 18/11/2006 23:22

agree with misdee..is she on the 2nd milk....disagreed with DD until she was 6 months old...the other milk is fine for her....!

offer water in a trainer cup..avent magic cup is also a good one to start with

shazzaronnie · 18/11/2006 23:24

also wouldn't give juice if she's that young! water is best, lots of time for juice when theya re older , you don't have to rush it

Moomin · 18/11/2006 23:25

yes, cooled boiled water is fine.
