10 month old not drinking much milk

Just wondering if anyone had any advice as I am worrying my ds isn't having enough fluid.
Until the last week my ds was having 4 bottles of 7oz formula a day. He has had tonsillitis for the last week and is on antibiotics. The tonsillitis has now cleared up but I am struggling to get much milk into him. He has around 5oz on his cereal, I have dropped his mid morning bottle as he was not taking any, around 4oz at mid afternoon and then 3oz at bed. This doesn't seem enough (it's less than half what he was prev having) and he isn't drinking much water either- maybe 3oz a day (I offer frequently and with meals). I bf my dd so have nothing to really compare to but I think she was on 3 or 4 bf's a day at this stage and drank lots of water too.
Any tips/advice gratefully received.

Try adding a little bit of freash squeezed Orange juice to the water to make it taste a bit better , it might from him. Have you tried offering water a cup rather than a bottle?

Hi - he is having his water in a beaker with a soft spout (it's a mam one). He won't drink at all from the sippee cups. May have to try diluted juice. Thank you
