Basic breastfeeding DVD recommendation please?

Does anyone know of a good breastfeeding dvd that explains the basics and not too much more?

My friend is pregnant and wants to breastfeed - she'll be largely dependent on her mum for parenting advice (my friend has learning difficulties) - and I'm not sure that her mum things breastfeeding will work.

I think that something aimed at teen mums might be useful - but not sure if such a thing exists? And I don't want to get a dodgy one that ends up putting her off!

Have a look at the jack newman website, there are videos there you can watch online, short but to the point.

Not sure if this is what your friend is after but her midwife may have a copy of "Follow me mum." I got a loan from mine and it goes through all the basics from positioning baby to correct latching. I found it excellent and was able to see where I was going wrong.

APMom - thanks for that - will look at the clips when I'm not at work...

Babyramone - will ask the HVs about this - ta.

Anyone else know of anything specifically for teens?
