Hello, I'm ttc #3. AF not returned.
Currently still breastfeeding my 2nd child, she's 10months and feeds a bit through the day and 2 x in the night, with some comfort sucking a night as we co-sleep, but this has greatly reduced.
Started taking prenatal vitamins about a month ago, but have read a lot about vitex, please could someone tell me their experiences and has it worked/not worked?
Want a small age gap as this is what would work best for our family. Thank you in advance.
