Posted several weeks ago as I want DD (now 9 weeks) to take a bottle for occasional feeds so I can have a break. On Monday my sister babysat her for a couple of hours, took a bottle of expressed milk with her and tried several times, DD took it once for a few seconds but didn't drink much. I tried again later that day and she wouldn't take it (didn't want to waste the milk). I have a very fast letdown but have been told that BF babies should have the slowest teats, would it be worth making a couple of extra holes in the teat with a steralised needle and seeing if that works?
