I've just stopped breastfeeding after eight months. I staggered stopping very gradually, down to just one feed for about a week and then cold turkey. Nothing happened for a week but now my boobs are very sore, kind of like the ache you get in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It's hard to carry DD and when she kicks me during changes it's agony! Did anybody else experience this? Any tips on what to expect - i.e. when it will pass? Thanks!
