Confusing Teething and Milk Allergy

Breast fed my baby for 6 months and after trying formula milk had an unsettled baby waking up all night, also teething at the same time so initially thought it was teething. Went to the doctors and he suspected milk allergy especially as babies father has it(into adult life). Now on the allergy milk with the proteins broken down and baby back to be right as rain. For anyone else finding all hell lets loose after trying some formula milk after breast feeding, definitely suspect milk allergy.

However also bear in mind teething can be utter hell. As you say yourself your lo has an allergic parent.

People should always see a gp with worries like this. Never just cut a food group.
There are some shady adverts by formula companies trying to get us to "suspect" allergies so GPS will prescribe their products.

Agreed always good to involve the doctors and never guess but worth always getting them checked out.

Yes of course. Just thinking about a recent thread where a lady had cut loads out without seeing the Dr, based on Google alone!
