When's the best time to express to try and boost supply/milk flow and produce the most milk?

What the title question is really. I want to try and dream feed by giving dd an expressed bottle. When will my milk supply be the best so most likely to get the most milk, morning?

If I notice she is particularly ineffective at a particular time should I express at the previous feed in the hope this boosts supply and milk flow feed for the next feed which is the ineffective one?

I believe it's during the night.

In my experience I got most milk when I expressed in the small hours (1-4am) and I think this is when your prolactin hormone is highest, and also in the morning (8-11am). I was also told to express half an hour after a feed as that takes advantage of a second let down? But I was never sure whether that should be half an hour from start or finish of feed and DD usually fed for about 20-30 mins so I'm pretty sure I never got it right!
