SUPER Lopsided- HELP!

So this has probably been posted before, but I am incredibly lopsided since I began breastfeeding my little boy. I've been EBF for 6 months, and my left is an E cup while my right is perhaps a B/C, he has a preference and will only go on my smaller breast once in a blue moon- I've tried everything but he just wont latch on unless he's about to fall asleep, and then he stops feeding anyway.

I currently wear a silicone "Cleavage Cupcake" in my bra to try and even things up but I still look clearly lopsided. I can no longer wear most of my tops as it just highlights this further and makes me feel very self conscious about going out.

Has anyone else had a similar situation and can share any pearls of wisdom? Am I likely to even out once I've stopped breastfeeding or is this my life now?!

Thanks ladies!

I think a lot of women get this. It happened to me with my third baby, but funnily enough not the first two. DC3 had a strong preference for the right side & didn't want to feed from the left, so I was quite lop-sided & it did make me feel a bit self conscious.

I don't have many words of wisdom, but I can tell you that after I finished breastfeeding everything went back to normal quite quickly. Thank goodness!

I had this with dc1, left boob was much bigger!
You've probably already tried this but I used to express from that side and feed from the other..that seemed to help.
It did even out once i stopped feeding and dc2 likes both sides equally!
