Noooooooo! Af back already?! :o(

I exclusivley breast feed 11week old ds2, af can't be back already can it? I was hoping that they wouldn't return for a good few months. Should I be concerned about it - is it abnormal?
Has anyone else had them return so early whilst feeding?

Mine came back when DD was 14 weeks. I am still waiting for it to reappear (DD is now 20 weeks), so I guess it will be a bit unpredictable for a while. DD has been exclusively breastfed until the last few days. It just depends on your hormones and is nothing to worry about.

Nothing to worry about - pretty much anything is normal! If he sleeps for long periods at night then it's more likely to return early.

Remember to sort out contraception though - one of my NCT friends got her AF back when her DD was about 8 weeks, and her second baby is due in a couple of weeks 3 days before her first one's first birthday !

Mine came back when ds was around 3 months and I was still exclusively bf, I was so worried I thought that he musn't be feeding properly, and I thought maybe my milk had dried up! But I am still bf and ds is now 7 months, and although I think there is a slight dip in my supply around af it doesn't seem to make much difference to ds who is now 9kg.
It is not abnormal, but shows you just how fertile you are! - So be careful!!!!

I'm still feeding on demand so it can vary between 1 and 3 feeds at night. Generally he feeds 2-3 hourly especially in the day time. he was 14lb 5 ozs last week so he's feeding really well. No need for contraception just yet as I can't stand the thought of sex!

Mine came back when ds1 was 8 weeks. And I fell pg with ds2 about a month later. Be careful....

Mine came back when ds was 12 weeks old and he fed 1-3 times at night and demand fed during the day (generally every 2 to 2.5 hrs)
