Moving to fast flow teats very early?

Currently using Dr Brown's bottles and DD is 10 weeks old. We switched to level 2 teats at 5 weeks old as she was getting very upset and fussy on the slow flow teats and then she settled fine with the level 2. Now at 10 weeks the same thing is happening, she is fussing around a lot and it's taking around 45 mins to feed each bottle! Surely level 3 fast flow is way too soon for her?! Did anyone else move to fast flow really early? I'm not sure what to do and I'm scared I'm going to really mess her up by moving up the flow rates too quickly! Any advice appreciated please.

You could try it, they will probably let you know if they're not ready by projectiling the milk back up. My son had the fast teats and was fine, but it was too fast for my daughter's stomach and it would come straight up. It wouldn't be harmful to try I wouldn't have thought. Only to your pocket Shock
