Dropping the early morning feed

Sorry if this has been asked before, DD is 13 months and EBF, currently feed her at bedtime and early morning (around 5-6, she then falls back to sleep for an hour or two, if she wakes between 7pm and then we cuddle her back to sleep although occasionally BF if teething etc).

DH and I are planning to stop the morning feed first in a couple of weeks when we have the week off together. He wants to go cold turkey for a few days and then do the same for the bedtime one. I want to draw it out a bit more but we both obviously would like it to be as stress free and most importantly least upsetting for DD as possible so does anyone have any advice on how we do it? If she slept until 7 if just get up and give her milk and breakfast but at 5am it's a bit early plus she's definitely still tired.

Thanks :-)
