Hello all.

Just after a bit of advice on when to move up to teat 2.

My baby boy is nearly 7 weeks old and is currently having formula in a tommee tippee closer to nature bottle with teat 1.
He seems to drink the milk quite quickly?!

Im wondering if he's ready to move up to the next stage?!

Thanks Smile

Not yet , they advise 3 months but with both of mine ive noticed around 9 weeks they got very fussy with the bottle. Taking smaller more frequent feeds, falling asleep for a little then wanting more and generally not seeming satisfied amymore.
Thats when to move up a size. With my first dc he liked the smaller teat at night for a while longer but dc2 doesnt but thats something just trail and error to see what your little one prefers.

Yeah he seems a bit fussy at the moment, suppose that could be a phase! Thanks for your help.

I meant not yet if he seems happpy and feeds well. If the fussyness continues try the size two on one of his most awake dayfeeds and see how he does.
