Anyone know?? I need to lose a bit of weight(don't know how much as yet) before i get married in April.

How should i do it? Do i still need a certain amount of calories a day?

Thanks

I am exclusively bfing DS2, and I follow Slimming Worlds plan, which is adpated to my needs as a bfing mum. It's not a diet as such, but a healthy eating plan. I can eat loads in a day and still lose weight. DS2s weight gain has been brilliant and I have lost a stone and a half!

It's worth looking into

Same calories, but, "better" calories. Eat everything you should - your 5 a day (or more), your 8 glasses of water, 1/3 of diet fruit & veg, 1/3 carbs, the other 1/3 split into something I cant remember! But, you get my drift. Once you eat as you should, your not dieting, but, its healthier and youll lose weight. And exercise. Try not to "diet".

was exclusively breastfeeding and joined Weightwatchers when DD2 was 6 weeks old to shift all the accumulated flab from DD1 and DD2! DD2 now 6 months and I've lost 2 stone and have half a stone to go. Not a problem ref BF as long as you eat the right things - as Inter said it is basically just healthy eating. I don't count points or calories - just stick to lean meat, chicken, fish, hi fibre cereals (no bread) and crispbreads, and loads of fruit, veg and yoghurt. TRY to limit my wine consumption but still have at least a glass a day - need something to look forward to after surviving another day!! DD2 is a right Jabba so she must be absorbing my chub... Never get a chance to exercise but doesn't seem to matter too much for now. Best of luck!
