Slow let down - nursing strike??

dd2 is nearly 3 wks old. First week she had Tongue tie (not diagnosed) it ruined my nipples and the whole BF experience! I expressed (successfully) whilst boobs healed and alternated mostly between bottle of breast milk and BF. Since 2 wks we've done all BF in the day and either 1 or 2 bottles of EBF at night. This was working well until yesterday when DD2 decided she hated the breast!! I think I have slow let down. I'm now having to pump a few mins and then offer her the breast which has worked this morning (after 25 mins persistance) or give her some from the bottle to calm her and then top up with the breast.

She generally either screams at the breast and pulls the nipple or falls asleep. She won't feed from one (slower) side at all.

Help!! I am starting to hate breast feeding. This all happened with my first dd and eventually I exclusively expressed for six months. I don't want to do that (and can't) this time but am seriously considering expressing now and just bottle feeding because this battle is exhausting and tbh I don't blame her liking the bottle as its twice as fast for her!!

Can anyone offer any advice?
