Advice on establishing feeding routine

DD2 is 15 days old. So far other than tongue tie / some serious latch issues she's been a great baby and sleeper! I'm well aware it may change but up until now we have done:

Daytime - BF on demand (approx 7 feeds) I express at some point if I have time too
Night - last feed around 10.30-11 (breast, sometimes top up with expressed bottle
Night feed at 3-3.30ish (120ml expressed in bottle) she normally takes most of it. DH has been giving this and I express at same time.

Expressing is v quick for me (20 mins to do both sides and I get 120ml total at the moment) I expressed solely for 6 months with DD1 and so I guess my boobs are used to it!

Anyway last night we swapped and DH did expressed bottle at 11.30 (fine) and then I attempted to feed her at 3.30 when she woke. It took 1.5hrs because she is quite sleepy/slow! I don't mind this in the day (feeds approx 45 mins now) but at night am not so keen. Any suggestions on what to do? She's fine swapping between breast and bottle it seems so I could give a bottle at 3am too but that relies on me expressing enough every day and I'm worried about supply??

I am sure I read somewhere it's very important to feed during the night between 12-6am at least once otherwise milk drops off? Is this true and if so how long is that the case? I am guessing until they sleep through the night themselves?

I am reluctant to give formula just yet as so far DD2 is doing well on breast milk and I hate the smell of formula nappies so would prefer to wait a few months at least!

Any tips?

I've heard that about night feeds too op. I think it's fine when your baby sleeps through themselves but replacing the feed with a bottle this early might effect supply. 1.5 hours feeding in the night is knackering but it actually sounds like you're doing really well and , waking for only one feed is, dare i say it, really quite good at only 15 days old. At that age ds was feeding every two hours at least! I know it means a big stretch of awake in the night but in your situation I'd just stick with the night feed, sorry!
