Wake for 'last' feed?

My little man is 10 weeks old and I've had a sort of night time routine going for some time now. He has a bottle at about 7.30pm, bath, massage, swaddle, cuddle and story. He goes down in his cot at about 9'ish and doesn't wake for his 11.30 feed (which he always used to!) I know you should never wake a sleeping baby and yada-yada, but I pick him up, dream feed him then pop him straight back down... This takes about half an hour. He then wakes at about 3.30am and then again four hours later when he's up to start the day.... I've been waking him to give him a bottle in the hope that he might soon drop the wee hours feed as I doubt he's going to go through the night when his last feed was at 7.30pm! It's also the finish line for me, when I can finally bed down for a few hours. So, shall I just let him wake himself and see what happens? I'm really confused! Please help!!!

Just try it one night and see what happens. You might find baby always wakes up at 3.30pm wether you do a dream feed or not. It might not affect baby in any way. Just try it. You can start again if not doing it doesn't work for you.

I did this. Woke for a dram feed around midnight/just when I was heading to sleep myself.

I think DC was going from this feed til 6am from quite early on.

I'd much rather that than a baby who sleeps from 8- 3am for several months- that must be exhausting!
