Mixed feeding - does this sound ok?

I'm trying to cut back on breastfeeding, with a view to stopping completely over the next couple of months. DS is 8.5 mo.

I'm just wondering if what I'm doing sounds ok? Not too much or too little, and enough to keep my supply up for the time being until I'm ready to stop (I did try going cold turkey but have backtracked now)

So, I'm giving bottles for mid morning, mid afternoon and bedtime feeds (5-7oz on average). Breastfeeds for first morning feed, night waking (1 on average) and any time he needs a top up throughout the day.

He's baby led weaned so possibly not having as much solids as a purée weaned baby but seems satisfied throughout the day and rarely asks for more milk. My concern is that he is still waking hungry in the night and does take quite a big breastfeed.

Does this sound ok? Any advice? Thanks.
