How much formula should a nearly 7 month old be having a day?

She has 2 meals a day now, and I keep a bottle of water or baby juice with us so she can drink when I think she's thirsty rather than hungry. Currently having 4 7oz (210ml) bottle of formula a day.

a minimum of 20oz is recommended between 6 months and 1 year. I would not give juice and would offer water from a lidded cup rather than a bottle.

The NHS recommend first stage formula till 12 months, then swap to full fat cows milk.
