Alcohol when BF-how much is acceptable?

I'm sure this will have been asked before but worried I am drinking too much with 200 ml of white wine per day Forgotten how much the MW said I could have.

whats that in units?

my hv said half a bottle of wine between you in a night was fine

I did a lot of internet research and there was never any actual amounts mentioned much; we decided that the above was fine

but as dd got older, it kind of crept up

The hospital bf counsellor said 1 glass of wine a day.

or was it 2? It was amazing how after 8 months of abstinence it only took a few weeks for 1 not to seem enough!

I used to have a glass (or 2.....) once ds was in bed, to give the alcohol time to pass through my system before the next feed. I think I read somewhere to try not to bf straight after or within the hour after having had a drink.
