Diagnose me! Mastitis or abscess?

Woke up this morning with a sore lump that after lots of massaging and feeding I started getting green blood tinged pus from one milk duct.
I have had a stomach bug these last few days

No idea sorry. I'd give one of the bring helplines a call. Have you got the numbers?

Been prescribed antibiotics but feeding and expressing loads seem to be helping so I'm going to wait to start them
