mastitis again?

I have a six week old dd who is exclusively bf. We've had lots of problems with very cracked nipples which got infected and then two bouts of mastitis. The double dose of antibiotics second time round seemed to sort it. This week I could finally say it didn't hurt and the nipples are healed. I guess I've been a bit more lazy with latch as there is no pain and she has great weight gain.
But today I have all the symptoms of mastitis again. Happened one day last week but I got on top of it with feeding , painkillers and hot showers. But today it's not helping and the breast is red (the other breast to the last mastitis) . I'll go to out of hours tomorrow but any tips on how to get on top of this once and for all? It's also hard to tell if there is a milk blister as the new tissue where I've healed is slightly bumpy!

Should also add I have oversupply (according to various breast feeding support workers and hv) and dd usually cluster feeds in morning and evening but this was interrupted by visitors today and she was happy to sleep in their arms.
