Breastmilk or water for dd with D&V bug?

Dd 8 months has a d&v bug, I'm a bit confused if I should keep breastfeeding or just offer water? Just gave her bedtime feed and she vomited it all up. I usually feed twice in the night, so if she wakes should I feed or is it most likely she will keep vomiting? Any advice please?

Breastmilk. It's more nutritious than water and ticks the fluids box. And it will probably have antibodies relevant to fighting the big. Don't worry she sicked it up - probably wasn't every last drop. I'd offer to breastfeed much more often than usual too.
