15 weeks - how many oz per feed?

Can anyone advise how much milk per feed their lo is having.
I am combi feeding & she has 3 bottles per day. 2 x 6oz & 1 x 8oz (bedtime). The hipp box says at her age/ weight 5 x 6oz but she's drained 6oz the last 2 days. She's not increase bf's in number or length noticeably but I'm sure I must need to increase her intake at some stage. Is the answer to add in a 4th bottle instead?

I think the amount of milk they take plateaus at some point, there is also a bit of variation day by day. I think PP is right, try a top up bf or another bottle and just see how she takes.
