Encourage ebf to poo?

Kindly and non medically eg massage etc?

PFB DD hasn't pooed since Weds night. Quite normal for an ebf baby ... but ... I'm on nappy watch as she had a little blood from a bum fissure earlier in the week. She seems a bit windy and ready to poo/not 100% comfy.
If she pooed I would know (a) if her bums better and (b) she'd be happier in herself so I wouldn't imagine some awful gut rot

I give my baby a bath when she needs a poo and it works instantly! I massage her belly for about 10 minutes before hand then pop her on bath for 10 minutes. As soon as I take her out and start drying her she does it

Laid on back after a warm bath and cycle her legs.

Thanks!
Have found another sure fire - she's pooed several times sat in that bouncy chair on vibrate! Thankfully no leaks! Grin
