Did taking fenugreek for milk supply mess with anyone's periods?

I am 10 weeks post partum. The lochia stopped at 6 weeks. Heavy blood and clots came back at 7 weeks, stopped at 8 weeks. Started again now at 10 weeks. And I mean heavy - I am soaking 15 towels a day. If I take my knickers off for a shower I do not even have a second to jump in the shower, it's already over the bathroom floor.

I told my GP and she says it's "hormones adjusting."

I am taking quite a lot of fenugreek and I read that it "affects the menstrual cycle."

Anyone else had something similar?

No idea about Fenugreek but to be honest it sounds like you should go back to GP. When I had clots & increased bleeding at 5 weeks pp was prescribed antibiotics after a scan for some sort of infection. I know everyone is different but that amount of bleeding at this stage sounds excessive. When did you see GP? Any chance you down played it or they didn't get it?
